Our Story
Design Talent was founded by Anton Piëch and Philipp Michel. In 2008, these two childhood friends came together in China to explore the country’s rapidly growing economy.
The company was created and nurtured at Piëch Asia Enterprises, a Beijing-based business incubator. Right from the beginning, Design Talent has focused on connecting designers and businesses, so that designers get the work they need and companies get creative talent that can help them grow.
Over the past couple years, Design Talent has expanded quickly. Using his recruiting experience and understanding of China’s unique market, founder Philipp Michel has assembled a team of design recruitment professionals who provide professional service with integrity. They know how to find the right people for the right companies.
